Which L!Tiki is fodderable?

Hello fellow FEH Players,

like most of people, I pulled on the Legendary Banner and got myself 2 L!Tikis.
Since I won't use her, I'll fodder her Breath to Alm (when I get one.....).
So I got a +RES -SPD and a +HP -RES.
I'll keep one and the other one will be foddered.

Please give me your opinions on which to fodder.

+Res -Spd i'd think is better to KEEP since she's armored; she relies moreso on Fighter skills/Quick Riposte for doubles

fodder +HP -Res, it hurts her mixed bulk

Since I'm not good with IV's and such I sometimes don't really know what's good and what's bad
