So during this banner I have pulled four L!Ryomas and was wondering which would be the best to merge into. I have:
+Atk -Def
+Spd -Def
+Res -Def
and Neutral.
Depends on the build. If you want him to actually tank, then a defense bane is not what you're wanting, go with neutral.
If you're doing something like Firesweep, then an attack boon is probably the better choice. He has more than enough speed without a speed boon unless you're wanting to run him with a Brave Sword.
Given that most of your Ryoma are -Def I would say give him firesweep abd use the +ATK -Def one. Then probably lnd3 to go with it. He'll have more than enough speed with that especially if you're merging them.
Alternatively if you really want a mixed phase unit, neutral.
