which L!Robin should I use

I have one that is +Def/-Hp and one that is +Spd/-Def. I know defense is a super bane for her and leaves her at 26 defense, but I know speed is a better boon. Which should I use?

Depends on what you want her to do. If you want her to tank more, then a defense bane is probably the worst thing you could go for. She has, what, 35 neutral speed? With things like Hone Fliers/Dragons, or Odin's Grimoire, she can gain more speed easily.

+Def, -HP.

Sacrificing her Def is not worth it imo. With +Def, she becomes a tanky, anti-archer flier for your flier team.
