I currently run a +spd -hp Jeorge (Build in screenshot) and I have a +Atk -spd one in my barracks at the moment. As an f2p player, which is better? +Atk is good for the enemy phase ranged nuke I run him as, but he also enjoys the 35 speed as well. What do you guys think?
+atk is best used with his unique refinement. -Spd shouldn't matter unless you're planning to run a firesweep build. The reason I say -spd isn't an issue is because you should be running death blow 3 with Desperation+brash assault, this abuses his Parthia's +eff refinement to great effect as the only units he should be engaging against are ranged units.
I say he's much better at +spd. If he's more likely to double, he can more reliably KO units he couldn't kill in one hit. Especially considering your current build, where with Water Blessing activated he'll have 38 speed, and Fierce Stance/Parthia pumps his attack up to 55 regardless.
