+Spd is always the best choice

+Atk. if you're thinking in fury+wrath.. and a spd refine

If playing Enemy phase, use +Atk (It also helps in effective damage). If Dual Phase with Fury+Wrath, +Spd is the way to go.

+spd -hp is ideal for Nephenee. NEVER under any circumstances use fury, its a garbage skill that bad players throw on everything because they think it's good.

Ideally, you would do this, but without the merges. C slot is optional, I use dual spurs because of team support.

Now onto why fury is bad. The problem with fury is that people think the +3 to each stat helps and that the -6 hp penalty after every combat round is a steal, but the fact of the matter is that its the other way around. the +3 to each stat is great, however it skips hp, and drains it away instead, turning a sustainable unit into a ticking timebomb. Fury absolutely kills a units survivability even with aether, because once you do any kind of combat, that unit will never be at full hp without something else healing it up, which takes up a valuable unit slot or support skill slot.

The only thing fury does right is making stats look intimidating in the stat screen. That's all. Neph has alternatives that are so much better than fury that giving her fury is like taking a wheel off a bicycle. Things that work better for her are things like steady breath, warding breath, really any of the brazen skills, swift sparrow for player phase, Bond skills, and other stance skills.

Anytime you see someone say "fury is good", you should take their opinion and discard it into the nearest volcano, and then never take suggestions from them ever again, they are unqualified to give recommendations and do more harm than good, despite good intentions.
