Which IV's for Fallen Hardin?

I recently pulled 2 hardins with the ivs of -hp +attack and the other one with -spd +def, I am wondering which one is the better pick

-SPD/+DEF sounds better to me. -SPD is his optimal bane, and I find defense to be a better stat to raise. Good pulls, anyhow.

I have a +atk -def one, and he dies too often for my taste, before aether has a chance to proc... Would lov a +def/+res -spd.
