Which IVs are worse?

I got two Brave Ikes with bad IVs one is -atk +res and the other is -def +spd. :/ I'm really not sure what to do with them or if I can even do anything good with them. I know by the builds people are suggesting he's either supposed to hit hard or let units double him and tank, but it doesn't seem like he'll be able to do either of these? So if I could get some suggestions on build/s as well, that would be much appreciated!

i would say you should level up your +spd lke as he needs his really high attack. +spd is good, but in lke's case, +def or atk would be preferable. You should try waiting for a better IV lke incase you get one. Remember, you can always merge them afterwards

I'm not gonna try again... ._. tbh, I wasn't even trying for him the 2nd time, and he broke my pity rate for Brave Lucina. (I mean, I might get him again later, but I'm not gonna try for him again since I have other units I'd like more.) Yeah, I know about +def or atk being better, which is why I was concerned with my -def one. I'm worried about him not being able to tank as well. :/ You still think I should go for +spd?

Plus speed is not bad, Brave Ike just could use other stats more. Yes, charging Aether faster is nice when he's doubled, but being doubled could also kill you. He'll play a little differently, but he'll do fine. He'll be scoring more doubles himself and even with -def it's not bad. Give him vantage so fast sword users make consecutive hits after he attacks first and he'll still tank well enough.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the tips you guys! One more thing, I know people use Bonfire for PvP, would that still be good with his -def or should I put something else? (Draconic Aura maybe? idk.)

I have a -atk/+res, too. I'm running for a second BIke, but I don't get one, I'll be happy with what I have.
The 80% damage reduction is for real, and the boost in resistance can only help.
Even with - atk, he hits 50 atk with a +1 seal. And he'll proc aether often enough. And he comes with threaten def.

In the same way, you really don't want -def.
That, and +spd still only gets you to 31.

Hm, but I feel like the 23 res from the +res one isn't gonna really do much anyway? And while 32 def isn't the best situation at least it'll go up to 36 during the enemy phase (and possibly when he gets countered when in the player phase? I'm not exactly sure what "getting attacked" means EXACTLY) because of his A skill.
