Which Innes to use?

After spending 100 orbs on the Wings of Fate banner, all I got was a second Innes. I was thinking about giving him Life and Death and Brave Bow+. I'm not sure which IVs would work better, +Spd -Res or +Atk -Spd.

It sounds like you're making a Glass Canon Innes, so +Atk is probably better.

If you're going to mage-tank, then +Spd would be the likely choice.

+Spd -Res would be great for that Life and Death and Brave Bow set, he'll have 37 speed with Brave Bow and Life and Death, so that would be pretty fun to use

Honestly those are both decent IV's. For +Spd -Res, I'd go with LnD for a quad build. But you could probably patch the +Atk -Spd one with Fury or +Spd sacred seal.
