Which Innes?

I just pulled a SPD+ATK- Innes, and I have a DEF+RES- one from before. I'm thinking of merging them, but I don't know which one would be better.

the +spd/-atk means a bit more survivability for less damage which can be remedied, while the +def/-res is just a waste. if you can't remedy his atk and don't need to up his speed, +def/-res is fine, otherwise I'd use the +spd/-atk
