Which improvement of breath is better for Nowi?

My Nowi is + Atk -Def (I know it's not that good, I'm still waiting for a better one and merging this) with these stats: 46 HP / 52 Atk / 31 Def / 31 Spd / 30 Res. ( With Fury 3 and 40+2)

I don't know what improvement of breath to put in her, any help?

Depends a lot on how you play her and how you build her.
I use Mine a lot in the Player Phase so I went for +atk on my +atk,-res Nowi.
But if you play her more as a bait I suggest you take a look at the +spd or +def.

+atk is only 2 points. Usually there are better sources for more attack
+speed is good if you stack a Lot of speed beside it.
+def/+res depend on what foes you need defeat.
For you, I'd pick Def to cover the bane, unless you want to go the speedster route.
