Which Ike?

I've had one a long time who is +atk/-Res. I pulled a pity breaker one who is +Def/-HP. Both IV sets are good according to his character page. Who would be better? On that same note, who are some really good users of Heavy Blade who don't require heavy merges to shine?

I'd keep the +ATK one, as resistance is sackable while HP kinda hurts. I'd give Heavy Blade to (obviously) someone with high attack, and hopefully pretty fast, like Siegbert (to basically make him Brave Roy but with Swift Sparrow and Heavy Blade reverse their slots.)
