Which Ike?

I just got super lucky and pulled 2 brave Ikes at 3.25%, which I think I deserve after having gotten nothing from hero fest. The first is +def -res and the second is +atk -spd. Which do you think is better and why?

would say -spd since he doesnt really care about spd with urvan's effect and more atk is good on him, unless you want to build someone thats indestructible to physical damage you could use the +def one.

Thanks. I honestly kinda want to use both just because they have great potential. I guess the +atk one would be better tho if I ever got DC fodder, so I'll probably merge +def into +atk

I wouldnt merge them, you're better off with using both or using one for SI

Personally, I think the +Atk -Spd is better. The speed bane allows Ike to charge his special faster, and given how he takes less damage from consecutive attacks, it really is a blessing in disguise. +def is also pretty good though. He is able to wall a ton of units with 42 defense (46 buffed) during defend phase. It all depends on playstyle, but both are pretty good nonetheless.

+atk -spd is his best IV. Check the hero page on this website and you'll see a more detailed explanation.
