If I give Clair a def refinement her defenses become 31/37, but I’m wondering in the end if I should just go with spd or res. Any input will be appreciated
Depents really.
For player phase, speed is better. But for an enemy phase build you could go with the def refinement and quick reposte.
Still, I personally would go with Rhompaia for her, if you can spare the dew.
The effective damage with 16 might against the most defencive class (and horses) makes up well for her low attack.
My Clair already has the Rhomphaia refine. Along with Brave Lance, Sliver Lance, Slaying Lance. I wanted to have as many builds at my disposal as she will be my first plus ten. Her current build mainly uses Swift sparrow and desperation combo and I want her to be multi phase.
