which H Nowi, should i use?

got two nowis , the first one +res-hp and the second one +hp-def, wich one should i use, +1 merge is useful? or should i fodder hone ability and the shards and crystal one, also, what do you think about her thome, ?

I'd personally for for +HP in your case as I would always choose -DEF for casters and this adds more bulk in dueling. You would be losing 6HP.

31HP/31RES/20DEF
37HP/27RES/17DEF

The latter is going to be more tanky. I guess depending on your Special (if using RES based) you lose some ATK.

Definitely use the +res variant and fodder off the other one for hone fliers. It's literally such an amazing skill and ironically Nowi benefits from it more than nearly any other unit does.
