Which grima i should merge?

So i wanted another Grima (the bait was real) but got him with only spending 20 orbs, now i am in a predicament. I already got 1+1 but both of them were -Atk +Def. With the summoner support i managed to get it to those stats (image 1) The new one i pulled is +Hp -Res and using the unit builder is says it will reach these stats (image 2, in post 2)

So any advice here? which stat spread do you think its better for my build? And any other advice for his A or C slots? Thank you all :)

-Atk is never a good thing, so merge them on this new one. I can confirm you you get the +2 merge bonus regardless of who is the base character, if that's what you are worrying about.

I had the same problem: I wanted to see if I can fix my +1 Bridal Lyn's -Atk IV in the future without having to worry of saving every single one I come across and loosing the +1 refinement. I don't have another Lyn around so I tested it yesterday with three 4* Ogmas I had around, and I can confirm it, merging a +1 unit to a +0 unit gives you a +2 unit with everything in order.

Yeah. well. My main "concern" is that he will loose 3 points on its def, but at the same time will gain 4 on atk (the rest of the stats i dont think make much of a difference, and for me using him on enemy phase as a mere tank has done wonders both in PvP and PvE, so do you think it will still tank with ease with the 38 plus buffs?
