Which green?

I'm planning to do a mixed team with the core being H!Myrrh and B!Hector. I placed a Bride Ninian because dancer, but I don't know which unit would synergize better with my team.
The units I have and am considering are:

- Cherche: the best I have is +atk -def. She seems to be the best choice but I'm unsure.
- Bride Sanaki: +atk -res. A good ranged unit is what I think I need, but I don't think she fits in my team.
- Sheena: best IVs I have are +atk -spd. The IVs don't convince me, and she requires very high investment to be good, but fits more in an armor team.
- Young Azura: Extra dancer, free and ranged, but putting her feels like I'm making a disaster, and she's a new unit, which means she might not be good.
- Myrrh: +hp -spd. Also high investment and not so good IVs, but I guessshe can work.
I'm open to suggestions or if I should look for another unit.

Also, my Ninian is +spd -atk, should I still use her or replace her? The speed of course is good, and she shouldn't engage in combat, but if she has to she'll be very weak.

Of these, Sanaki might be good.
You might want some ranged attack, because Ninian isn't going to deal much damage.

Besides, with her you can use flier formation on either flier. Works great for both armor units and her semi-owl tome.

Another option is to switch Ninian with Azura. Azura is overall a great unit. With dual bond and WoM she's able to support and be a good mage.
Really, a well bonded Y!Azura is surprisingly good dispite her low BST.

If you go with Azura you can add in a unit for tactics. Titania is one option.

The Tactic C skills.
For buffs in mixed teams
If you dunno what they are look em up on this site.

Anyway, I mentioned Titania, because she can buff 3 skills if you refine her weapon, give her atk tactic as C skill and def tactic as seal.
If she has that, she'll give +6 atk/def/res to any unit within 2 spaces, as long as there are not more than 2 of that movement type.

Hey I only have +hp -def Titania. Is that usable in my team? I looked and it says these IVs are good only if you're looking for more BST. Or maybe another support unit? But I'm interested in the triple tactics boost.

Any IV can work for Titania, as long as you use her for support.
This one can work fine.
And Titania is in the 3-4* pool, so you most certainly get more of her in the future. Ideal is +spd with -hp.
She can take on enemy blue units well anyway, due to her weapon. And leave most combat to your other units.
