Which first rotation GHB had the hardest infernal mode?

I was thinking Xander due to the freaking combination of stupid inflation and Panic Ploy. Get ready for abyssal.

as long there's not stupid quest like "beat them with horse only" it will be fine i think xD

That was the most annoying thing in the world.

"So we know you have this team comp with all these different units, but get this... 'Try and do it with nothing but these move types.', have fun."

I don't care about the movement. When I first saw "with Armor/Calvary units" I died because I didn't have a Horse or Armor Emblem at the time, so I had to budget everything for those quests

I say it belongs to Ursula. Move anywhere and you'll either get daggered in the face, hacked by an armor unit, or magic blasted by someone.

You have very little room to move, so your options are very limited and there is only a couple spots to bait them out for attack. Poison Dagger units will probably insta-kill an infantry, Ursula has an anti-calvary tome.

That means Fliers and Armor don't have a weapon weakness, but it's easy to add in one archer (probably Calvary Archer) and then a few more mages for the armor units, if there wasn't enough

Note that this is all by memory, and if I'm accurate, it shows the nightmare I've been through, and if I'm wrong, it's gonna be hell for me then.

Honorable mentions would be Clarisse, Legion, Berkut, and maybe Xander.

Legion began with the new defense tiles, which was weird to figure out how to use them effectively while being bombarded by archers, mages, and more Legions that were all pretty tanky.

Clairsse had too many debuffs the last time I remember, so it was hard to take most of the enemies out after the first hit/engagement. You kinda had to make sure everyone was spread and that's bad for the area given on that map.

Berkut wasn't too bad if you knew how to bait AI because I was able to bait it infinitely with my Azama, but the amount of ranged Calvary on that open map was scary and baiting was a must.

Xander, I can't remember how it went for me, but the reruns quest were a pain for sure. There were limited spots to bait and being Panicked Ployed was bad with an Emblem team, but running Goad/Ward C skills aren't too bad (probably better depending on positioning). But I'm sure with a couple units for checks allowed me to complete it with ease.

It's actually not that bad. I agree that reinforcements maps are annoying (it's only gonna get harder with Abyssal), but as long as you can kill the enemies more than they can spawn, then I think you should be fine.
