Neutral, she isn't tanky enough to survive doubles generally so HP gives her better magical bulk and equal physical bulk. At +10 merged with summoner support then -HP/+DEF might be better since she could tank a lot more Brave Bows I guess.
It says it in her page. If fighting multiple phyical fights per battle then the +def is better in the long run. And +def is naturally better at handling brave bows.
