Double lion! Double lion is always better

It depends on your playstyle.
Refined falchion is IMO for defensive/safe playstyle
while
Sealed falchion is for Aggresive playstyle.

IMO Sealed falchion is better by a slight margin, just barely better, It's more rounded and does'nt have a strict effect like like the refined falchion

depends on the build, but in general sealed falchion is probably better due to being less situational

but for a defensive unit that is getting allied support or has distant counter the refined falchion can be better

Probably also depends on the rest of the team. I prefer bond falchion (refined). But sealed falchion has higher potential and doesn't require positioning next to other units.

I think bond falchion is better for enemy phase builds because I like using skills like reposition and draw back, which naturally means my units end up clustered together. It's easy to use reposition on someone to get the bond effect. It would be ok player phase with wings of mercy too.

But sealed falchion lets you run out into the action without careful positioning beforehand, and maybe following up by moving your other supporting units in after the attack.

If you want to test out sealed falchion and get a good idea of its capabilities and limitations, check out the grandmaster training drill, man and horse as one.

EDIT: people saying sealed falchion has less limitations, I disagree. It's ineffective on the top of turn 1, which is a huge deterrent for me. Need to take damage first. And this game is so frequently "kill or be killed" that you basically need a skill like ardent sacrifice or fury in order to control the damage and mitigate the risk.
