Which Fae?

Since I am going to +10 my Fae soon, I was wondering which IV would be optimal for the set I am running on her. She will be part of my arena core. With +Atk -Spd I would have 1 bst less than +Def -Hp IV, but she would miss out on 3 Atk and 3Hp which makes her more vulnerable to panic ploy. Which of the 2 is optimal?

I run my Fae with a very similar build but a different IV combination: -HP +ATK

She mainly functions as a check for blue and green magic users and I like about her that she is rather speedy compared to my other draons.
Therefore, I would advise you to use the speed neutral one. But in the end its a matter of taste and team compositions.
