Which Eldigan? Hp sponge on a horse, vs Basicly fortress defence

Did a yolo summon and got another Eldigan
He's -atk +def, while my other one is +hp -res.

Now normally, you'd say -atk is a terrible bane, while -res is great.
But with his fury mystletain the +def Eldy will have 21 res alongside a 40 def. Before A and seal skills.
His attack will still be a reliable 49, with high damaging specials.
Meanwhile -res means a superbane, so Eldy will have to avoid even green mages to survive.

So should I keep the -atk +def? Or is that just a dumb idea?

I Run A +Spd -Atk Eldigan, Who Does His Work, So I Think You Could Give Him Fury 6 And Atk/Def +3 For Seal

I'm trying to get my Eldigan in anger management, so no dual fury for him.
Gonna give him a stance skill or close def when possible, but brazen atk/def for now.

I have +hp/-res and he's awesome (I also dont have a choice of IVs).
Still, I'd go +def/-atk. That defense boon, plus a 3CD Ignis will wreck. I'd also suggest the fury effect on his weapon and brazen atk/def for A.

Yeah, my +hp/-res Eldy was that build so there isn't much to change for the other Eldigan.
Eldigan often needs to survive more than extra damage, most enemies are done for if they're hit by ignis anyway.
