Which Effie to upgrade?

So I have three 4* Effies, and I want to start building one to be a 5*. I just don't know which one.

1) if I'd make her a 5* her HP/ATK/SPD/DEF/RES would be 22/22/5/11/5 as lvl 1
2) would be 22/23/6/11/3 as lvl 1
3) would be 22/23/5/10/5 as lvl 1

Or should I just wait till I pull one with better ivs? I'm still not that great with them ^^'

1) +res -atk
2) +spd -res
3) +res -def

None of these are really worth the investment. You should wait for one that comes with a speed bane (which means 4 speed as lvl1 at 5*). Her other stats are too valuable to her, so they shouldn't be lowered.

+Atk/-Spd or +Res/-Spd are the best IV sets IMO. On a 4* unit, you would want her to have 24 Attack or 4 Res and 3 Speed.

Effie is one of the best F2P units and is worth +10 merging for the arena. If you really want to 5* her now, you can. Then just wait until you get a +Atk/-Spd Effie and merge her into the new one. You can get a lot of SP this way for learning different skills.

I'd pick the 2nd or 3rd. You can start building now and merge her into a better IV one when you get one.

IVs will depend on build. She's got a lot of different builds, too. Brave Lance, Galeforce, Brazen Atk/Def, Bold Fighter, Armored Boots Seal is really nice, specially with the right support in team comp. You'd definitely want +Atk -Spd in this build.

Of course, the Effie that will probably see the most success if the tried and true Berkut's Lance, Aether, Distant Counter, Vengeful Fighter, Distant Defense Seal. I run this with a +Def -Spd. You can Swap Vengeful Fighter for Bold Fighter and give her Quick Riposte Seal if you'd rather make sure she's got dual phase doubling.

So, she can be expensive when you consider SI, but she's more than worth the effort.

Are you really into Effie? A lot of people are just saying that you should merge her or assuming that you will, when in fact Effie might not be the kind of unit you want to spend most of your feathers on. They haven't considered your play style or what kind of units you like best.

Firstly, she's an amazing option for those feathers, arguably one of the best. Secondly, I didn't make that assumption in my post at all, and I'm not sure any of the others did, either. I detailed two very different builds for different playstyles, and highlighting why different IVs will work better for these build. Honestly, what more can you ask?
