Which Effie is the best ?

Hi everyone !

I pulled a 5* Effie today, she is +Atk -Def, which is both good and bad imo. I already had one who is +Def -HP.
I guess the +Atk one is better with a Brave Lance+ ; but the +Def is way better for defensive purpose.

So, which one will perform the best according to you ? I don't have a lot of Armor units so it won't be in an "Armor Emblem" team, more like a standalone tank / nuke.
