Which CYL!Celica should I use?

I have two Celicas with useable IVs. One of them is +SPD/-ATK whereas the other one is +DEF/-SPD. Because I want to use heroes that have decent traits both offensively and defensively, the boon in Defense is great for me (32 Defense). However, the boon in Speed maximises her potential (45 Speed) and it does make her a unique hero in my team compositions.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

+Spd, -Atk would make sense since her base kit gives her DB4 plus you'll be able to quad with that much speed.

54 Atk (46 base, +8 DB4) seems pretty good.

I lean slightly towards +spd because, as you said, nobody else in your barracks compares to that kind of setup, whereas based on your preferences I'm guessing you already have some attacker with good atk, spd, and def.
