Which Chrom should I merge?

Currently doing a merge project with Chrom and is used as a core asset for my arena team providing dual Tactics, he's currently +HP -Spd, but I recently pulled a +Def -Res one which can really help with his current build, but the +HP helps his overall bulk.

Which IVs should I choose to keep and which one should I merge into?

+def -res is better than -spd +hp, +def or +atk with -spd are the best IV set in my opinion. Unless you're running Panic ploy or Infantry pulse, having a hp boon is kinda useless
