at +10 merged, +atk brings marth’s attack to 54 as opposed to his normal 51, and with +spd he’d be up to 41 as opposed to his normal 38. it really depends on whether or not you’d appreciate a bit more attack or a bit more speed. personally i chose +atk -hp for my marth, but i think i would’ve went with +spd -hp if i had those ivs available.
i think i would choose chill defense over chill speed, and if i’m not mistaken it’s more readily available then chill speed is. but it depends on the team you’re using too, and if the decrease in defense or speed would be more beneficial.
