Which Celicia to use for Horse Emblem?

My team comp is going to be Eliwood, Reinhardt, Celicia, and Azura. However, im unsure on which Celicia to build into the Horse Emblem one. I have one that has IV's of +Speed/-Defense, and another with +Res/-Defense.

Speed since that'll serve you more on the offense and it allows her to double the slower foes when exposed to Hone Cavalry.

I would suggest you to skip the dancer. She'll end up separated from the team time and again, and you would need to teach her a cavalry buff, while she wouldn't get buffs from her partners (which should be using cavalry buffs)
A +spd boon will do very little for Cecilia... she's a rather common unit, I strongly suggest you to wait a bit until you get one with better IVs.
