Which Catria to use?

This legendary banner has given me 2 Spring Catria to work with. In terms of IVs they're both not the greatest but plan on using one in a tactics team regardless. I can fix either with a seal but which one should I use.

I have one that's +RES / -ATK and the other is +DEF / -RES.
