+HP -Def. You don't want attack hindered. Unless you're willing to run an Attack +3 sacred seal at all times on her. Then the other IV would still be very viable. Still, 12 damage less on a quad is pretty significant.

+HP -def, -Attack hurts her too much in my opinion.

In general, +HP -Def. With Life and Death 3, and Brave Bow on. She'll have 35 SPD.

You don't want a -Atk regardless of anything. Unless you're fine with using a +3 attack seal on her to reach 50 Attack with that bane.
