which brave ephraim should i use?

I have one +def -hp, +res -hp, and +atk -res. i was considering the +atk one but the res is -4. Which one do you think I should build? Thanks in advance!

Depends on what you want to use him for.
Arena scoring, I would go +res, - hp.
General use, all 3 are nice, but personally would lean for def, with res as a close second for good mixed defenses.

+res -hp is what I would choose nice mixed bulk works with DC and with 175 bst for that arena bonus lol

Definitely +Res -HP. Not only does it bring him to 175 BST, it also turns him into the mixed tank he's meant to be (even better if you give him DC).
