Which blue unit to pair my arvis with

I'm thinking of a team of arvis, blyn, bike, but Idk about my blue unit. My options are
Effie+3 merged, -df,+hp
Cordelia I forgot I've
Fcorrin forgot IVS
Lukas+atk,-res
Oscar+spd,-health
Valter
Nowi +def, -spd.
Or reinhardt +res,-def.
Or ephraim +res,-spd
I am currently debating between Lukas and ephraim because they are both blue bulky tank units who hit hard. I feel like I am leaning more towards Lukas because I don't need a full tank since I have brave Ike, and the buffs ephraim brings is nice, but Lukas can be tankier and deal more damage. It makes sense too, Lyn being the nuke, Brave Ike the wall, and ephraim and arvis being the support debuffers but still hit hard.

go lukas he is as you said, a better tank which is what you need for this team over ephirams buffs. although it is up to you in the end

Effie would give you the highst arena score, also counters all the Sigurds. Her 1 Mov is kinda annoying though.
Reinhardt and Lukas can give Cav buff to your B!Lyn and are both pretty good themselves
Ephraim's buff is also pretty good for everyone, he also kill Sigurd pretty well.

What sets are you running with them? Whether Lyn is running BB+ or Mulagir essentially acts as the tiebreaker for me, as I find she does appreciate with +3/+4 with BB in particular, so Ephraim would be a good choice. Other than that, Arvis and Lukas synergize excellently (I personally paired them up as well), so you can go either way.
