Which B!Ike should I keep?

I have 2 B!Ikes, one is neutral, the other is +atk -spd. I looked at the suggested IVs and it suggests to keep spd high-ish but it never says if it is ok to throw for atk, either way, I will prolly inherit steady breath from the worse one. (PS: I already run Deflect Magic on my neutral B!Ike)
