Pulled two LA Lyns with poor IVs. Don't have many orbs so probably will settle with one or other (and either merge or fodder other).
Which should I build: -atk/+def or -spd/+res

I think I would probably go -spd/+res. She has great res and the spd can be fixed mostly with a weapon forge and buffs. Her atk is fairly low even when +atk so I wouldn't want to lower that.
Personally I gave my (+hp/-def) lyn blarowl(Spd) with her default A skill, desperation 3, and armour march. Blarowl synergizes well with her A skill and it'll also help that -spd you have.
-spd/+res, her -spd slowers her, but she'll still be good defensively on an armor team for tanking.
Go Owltome+Guard+ AtkSpd bond and armor march, swap and glacies to bring out her tanking potential. Refine that tome, or her default tome for def. You could also give her CC and Vengeful fighter to make her like W!Tharja if u have the resources.
