Which B!Ephraim to keep?

Hello! First time asking here.

So I've had this spare Ephraim for awhile now and I'm thinking of giving LA!Eliwood Special Fighter. Ephraim was my free pick so the first one is neutral and the other one I got as pity breaker is actually +Atk but unfortunately -Def so I'm not sure which would be best to keep. Any suggestions?

Also while I'm at it. I'm thinking of giving B! Ephraim DC but, again, not sure which LA!Hector to keep as both of them doesn't really have good IVs. First one is +HP -Def and the other is +Spd -HP.
