Which banner to try for hector?

So I just blew 90 orbs on the legendary banner and didn’t get a Hector so was planning to farm for orbs to try on it again but now that the voting gauntlet one came out I’m not sure which one to go for. Any advice on which to choose?
I’ll probably only get a grand total 15-20 orbs max by the time legendary banner finishes anyways so not really expecting much....
