Which banner to prioritize?

I don't have both Elincia nor Ninian. Both pity rates at 3.25% and Ninian ends 2 days before Elincia. I'd like another dancer with my 4* merged Olivia, but at the same time Elincia would be a staple for my flier emblem project. I'm thinking about accumulating as many f2p orbs as possible until the last day for Ninian then hopefully if I get her flip over for Elincia last couple of days. Currently at 35 orbs with just under 10k score in TT. Any feedback is always appreciated.
