Which alternate sword should I refine for little Soleil?

I have WoDao+ and Slaying Edge+, which do you guys think would be better for her.

A slot skills I have already are LnD3 and Darting 3, and B's are Drag Back and Desperation.

Really depends on what your goal is. I think I would say she'd be best with Fury, Slaying Edge+ Spd refine, helps her duel pretty well. Not sure for the special because I don't know what that puts her stats at off the top of my head but I would assume with Slaying Edge+ she would be best with Aether but if that's not available then Draconic Aura if her atk > 50, and if neither of those then Luna. Again tho, LnD firesweep is pretty optimal.

In terms of IVs, they're obviously not that great but not the end of the world either.

Well I use Wo Dao+ on her and I have never regretted investing into her. She sweeps off the majority of the hero roster with ease. She's +Spd -Def though so i recommend giving her +Spd for her Wo Dao.
Edit: You don't need to give her heavy blade as the a skill, you can also use the Heavy Blade seal so you have a free slot for LnD. I felt like Heavy Blade gives her a great increase in damage output because she can proc any 3 turn special as soon as she attacks/is attacked.
