When does refinery come out.

I would assume it comes out tomorrow,you know because you need areana medals to do it,or maybe on the day of the legends banner.

November 28th. It's when the Weapon Refinery quests also begin.

28th is most likely, but we can hope for it sooner.

It seems to be the same day as Book 2 and the Legends banner. We could hope for it to drop tomorrow for Tempest Trials, but its unlikely. Don't misunderstand me though, I'd love for it to drop tomorrow :)
