Honestly, I really like Priscilla's "I'll ease your pain." The best part about it is that it has two iterations. The first is spoken nicely as one of her healing quotes. But, even as an unused special quote, when starting up a map, sometime she'll say the same quote, but more aggressively, as if directing it toward the enemy. I like the double meaning there.
