What's with the tier list?

I was bored and got looking at the tier list for arena. Didn't take me long to notice that some of the units have a little + next to them. My guess is the + means it's better than others in that tier but not completely a tier above but I'm not sure. Am I right?

i think this is the 50th time this has been asked. Maybe the tier list should just be deleted.

It means support units, and even that list doesnt consider ploys for some reason so who cares

Really? I saw units like Lilina and Surtr with it so that's weird but okay.

It's because she has "Chill Res" on her weapon. I mean if that's the criteria why not just put Arya as a support unit I mean she can run threaten defense

Basically, any unit with unique supportive capabilities. Surtr has his C skill and Lilina has built in Chill Res.

They probably added it to make it easier for people looking for supports for arena.

Surtr is one of the best supports because of his weapon and C skill, Lilina is a good support too because of her weapon
