What's this talk of a nerf to Wrath?

As per the title, I keep hearing people saying that Wrath has been nerfed in some way, but as far as I can tell, the skill description is the same.

Does anyone know where these claims are coming from, or where I can find more info about this?

Wrath isn't getting nerfed.
Maybe because LA!Hector's weapon is Wrath and a special cooldown makes normal Wrath less good in comparison?

No in game msg board states that wrath if only +10 damage to AoE specials now ):

You are incorrect, sir. The new update means that the AoE specials are now included in the list of specials that Wrath will affect. It's been expanded, not reduced.

It got buffed as Wrath now has the effect apply to AOE specials as well.

Wait really?

It will now trigger the damage +10 effect for special skills that do damage to foes within a certain range, such as Blazing Thunder.

Ah, yes. I just read the update notes and saw that near the bottom. That's good to know it was just a misunderstanding. Thanks for this. :)
