What is your favorite pairing in any FE game before awakening?

Personally my favorites are a tie between Eliwood and Ninian, amd Ike and Lethe. As for Eliwood and Ninian, its a relatively sad yet beautiful pairing that also results in arguably the most character development for the 2. As for Lethe and Ike, well it makes them both avoid tanks, and it just feels like it would make sense. Ike never was racist towards the laguz which Lethe clearly notices, so it would build upon both, showing Ike and how he judges nobody as well as I find it cute the idea of Lethe hating humans but falling in love with one. A close runner up is Mia and Rhys as it shows Mia's caring side as well as her selfish side while also showing how selfless amd self sacrificing Rhys can be.

Well, if you hadn;t said before Awakening I'd say Olivia and Robin so damnit.

I'm gonna pick my fave solo and paired ending though.

Best Solo ending has to be Eirika's solo ending since the game kinda hints at her falling for Lyon after his fall, so it feels kinda real to me.

Ike and Lethe is actually my fave so bingo on the mark there. Same reasons too. I just wish IS will remake RD one day and complete the support system (I believe it was left unfinished due to time constraints or lack of funds, cause there were supports of Ike with Elincia and Micaiah, so I was told long ago)

There were a ton of supports left in the coding that are all blank placeholders with a few exceptions like Elincia and Michaiah. IS tried to rush the game out to make a quick buck before it was even fully finished. Apparently There are some unused endings which would have allowed certain characters to have gotten in relationships, such as how Mist wasn't originally fixed to Boyd as a love interest. Also Ike was originally supposed to have endings with Lethe and elincia as well but again these were scrapped. At least this is what i have heard and there is some evidence to support this. That memory thing also was originally going to feature a ton more characters.

Yep. Sadly. I just hope that if they every get to that remake (they better!) that they'll give us a bunch of different endings opposed to rushing a game.

I wanna see Ike and Lethe get together (and who knows, maybe we'll get more hints to Priam? Or maybe not)

I would think they would make priam vague since ike has endings with Ranulf and soren.

The shameless Eliwood fan that I am, it's not hard to guess.

Shame it's not fully cannon, only heavily implied. Which means that heroes can't alude to it specificly.

Nino and Jaffar, Pent and Louise, Joshua and Natasha are all top picks in my book.

Well, actually Ninian and Eliwood are super implied in Heroes. Eliwood mentions bringing Illian flowers to his bride in 6 (forget who said it).

In Heroes we see him dressed and searching for them. And upon looking at our fair brides, I do believe that the closest thing we get to the mention of such flowers is Ninian. The others have pre picked flowers and they're all relatively normal. But upon looking at her base kit, what do we see? We see a Freshly Picked Boquet. I wonder why?

Of course Fiora is also from Ilia.

Nah Ninian is pretty much canon with Eliwood.

Awakening was my first game and Fe7 was the first game I played on emulator right after so I'd have to say Lucius and Raven, their A support was too much for me since I already shipped them when they were intoduced

Yeah, I have played Fe6 halfway through still gotta finish it, currently playing Fe4 on the second generation chapter 8, and then I'm gonna play Fe5

Sadly no. I also don't have a laptop to get it on dolphin emulator? Or so I've heard. Although I'm watching a no commentary playthrough to get a feel of the characters

Sigurd and Deirdre. Kinda clichéd, but really really tragic and works well in its game. Another great pairing would be Ethlyn and Quan.

And to round the trio out.

Nina and Soliel. Neimi and Colm from Sacred Stones because Neimi never lost me and are arena fight and Colm was cool and blue so why not.

Uh nina and soleil are from Fates.

Seliph and Larcei, I'm a bit biased on this one since Larcei is my favorite Genealogy character. So when the game allows you to pair her up so that she becomes Queen of the continent, I say "go get your mans Larcei!" Also her or Lana are the the two females that have known Seliph for the longest as they were together before Seliph's journey starts.

Runner-up: Lewyn and Tailtiu.
While utterly non-cannon, thanks Thracia! The fact that Lewyn can find out what happens to most of his potential wives and Tailtiu's fate is the only one that brings him to tears is tragic. Granted that's just Tailtiu's fate in a nutshell, way too tragic. But also the pairing produces broken Arthur with Forseti, and he can get a horse on promotion combined with Forseti's ability to turn anyone into a dodge tank makes him a monster and I love it.

Whoa I'm playing fe4 atm, and I completely support Lewyn x Tailtiu, Only For Arthur to get Forseti of course. Other than that I like Lewyn x Ferry.
Also thought it was interesting that you put Larcei with Seliph I put her with Johan and Seliph with Lana but only because she will be depressed and ish if she doesn't I don't know I'm pretty sure she has always had a crush on him, so I feel as though it's unfair not to pair them😭💔

Currently playing Genealogy as well and trying out some different pairings. I am interested to see how Lewyn x Tailtiu works out :) Only ever had Lewyn x Erinys before
