What would you do?

Was lucky & picked up brave Ephraim for my armor team without using the free brave pick. Not sure what to do with my free pick of these two options -

1. Get brave Hector to use for my armor team blue slot, or

2. Get brave Ephraim again as fodder for my heavily invested and high merge potential Effie, for armor march and special fighter.
