Today has been the single most ridiculous event all year for feh, I think it even overtakes the bridal sanaki riot. I don't wanna have anymore bad ideas from IS anymore, I miss when the game was simple and the changes that were implemented made everyone happy. Now for every good idea they have, they proceed to completely fuck it up with things no one wanted.
Take Palla for example, out of the entire playerbase, maybe 20 or so people liked her enough to make her +10. And now shes basically stuck with a gem weapon if she wants to be great. You know what would have been a better way of handling PRF refines? Simply letting players fodder off a unit/manual to turn one a/b/c skill into their PRF's effect. You know why I think that would be better? Because at least then players could give their favorite units weapons that would directly benefit the players own playstyle.
Look at aether raids, it was finally an even playing field where skill mattered and rewarded you accordingly, now you can just spend money to increase your rank.
Look at the arena, who even asked for bonus unit kills? This was the single dumbest decision they've ever made, if you put people into a room and then separated them into groups based on whether they liked the change or not, the 10 people that like the change would be found dead from a suicide with three holes in the back of their head.
I think they got drunk on money and stopped caring about what players want.
Bonus unit kills would have been a good idea if it capped at 2. This would give an extra challenge without forcing the rest of your team to sit on the sidelines while you figure out how Anna is supposed to kill H. Myrrh.
Also what's wrong with Gem weapons? Wreck bullshit units like Surtr while sacrificing your already terrible matchup with units like B. Hector. The only reason normal gem weapons suck is because they can't get the sweet sweet refinery boosts.
Personally I think that IS is still doing great! I have a lot of fun doing arena, instead of just using my team and having it be on easy mode, I have to build a unit I wouldn't normally into a semi-monster.
Life is what you make of it and things change. This is not the same game as it was when it started, its gotten better.
I have been playing this game for two years now, and it has been getting better and better, I am happy when IS makes large changes, if they didn't than things would get boring. I just wish that people shared the same positivity,
I'm trying to think of a way to say "get the stick out of your ass" in a positive manner, but I'm new to this positivity thing.
