What to use on healers if you don't have access to Wrathful/Dazzling staff?

You can run either WoM or Live to Serve in B-slot. The weapon refinement should definitely be Dazzling, so your healer can inflict statuses without fear of retaliation.

I use my Priscilla with Live to Serve as her B skill and that's pretty nice, especially in TT and chain challenges. I gave her Pain+ from Lucius and refined it for the Dazzling staff effect, so she can safely damage the enemy team (also gave her savage blow). Without Wrathful staff she isn't a powerhouse or anything like that, but she does her job.

Personally, I used Attack +3 on the A slot, double savage blow on C and seal, and a dazzling refinement. I havent given mine a B skill yet but WoM probably works the best

For Priscilla I would recommend a Dazzling Refined weapon. The best ones are Gravity (Lissa) and Pain (Azama and Lucius) for utility, Slow or Fear for Arena.

For her B-Slot, Renewal or Wrys' Live to Serve are a nice choices if Priscilla is Emblem buffed to tank some hits, otherwise Guard, Wings of Mercy, Chill skill (if inheritable), or Poison Strike / debuffs are your best bets.

Edit: For the other skills, I like dual Savage Blow or dual Drives for C and Seals, Recover or Physic for assist, and Heavenly Light or Miracle for Special. Although these are just suggestions, pick what you like.

I would go dazzling staff and B is kind of up to choice, wings of mercy, escape route, live to serve, a chill skill, a breaker skill for a tome if you want her to be able to tank one, all depends on your team
