What units do you want?

Well, I am hoping to pull a bunch of Spring Kagero's even though my colourless pull luck is gone for the next year(Sakura, Lissa, 2x 4* Rebbeca, Sothe, you know the drill)
Plus, her breasts are seen(and the look bigger) even in normal art.(they can be seen on damaged for OG Kagero, but, the more the merrier!)
I want a few for everyday use, Arena, CC, VG, next TT, etc. and of course I want another to inherit Lethal Carrot to Sothe.
Who do you guys want and why?

It was not the evil eye. I am not in a relationship so at least let me admire the game characters. Plus, there is no Hijab, how am I supposed to prevent this if the "sister" is not modest?

Kagero. I have Summer Corrin and Spring Camilla too. Idk if my Flier Emblem will ever be good honestly, but it's ok to me if they look hot at least ; )

I also like Catria. I like her kind. Schadenfreude is my thing :D

For the others I'm unsure yet. Depends on the stats.

Right now, units I want are not on the upcoming spring banner.

I really want to figure out my direction for trying to start a max merge project to hopefully stake a spot permanently in T20.

Yeah I totally understand that. For me, it’s only slightly different in that I have a tier 20 team, but I want more merges for some of my other units to bring them up to tier. You kind of have to be single minded in your pursuit of what you want and it’s really easy to get distracted by new units and banners because it’s human nature to want new things

Are you still fairly new to the game?

When I first started this game, I had no interest in merges. I wanted as many units as I could get, to make many different builds, to keep my units ‘pure’ and un-merged. As time wore on, I had so many units. And many new units where not much different to what I had. Meanwhile I was struggling to get into or stay in tier 20 at this time and was starting to focus my attention on competition. Merging became more important to me than collecting, and so now I am more interested in having a handful of max merged units that 100 un-merged 5* units.

When I first started I felt like being the only one who had not restarted the game over and over to get good heroes and got slaughtered by the first lv 30 Nowis in Arena ; )

It took long until merges got normal...

Never rerolled. But I did get Lyn a few days into playing. And I also snagged Takumi a few days later.

I got Lyn, Camilla and Robin. Not immediately but in the days after starting. I was so proud of my Robin, virtually no one had him, 20k feather were so much...

I never rerolled, either, and I recall not getting a single 5* until Rebecca in July (I had been playing since Bridal Blessings), but that's probably because I never focused on individual banners, just on the first one to show up on the summon screen. I didn't know what the hell I was doing back then, lol.

I'm starting to learn that. Issue for me is that the likelihood of either of my 2 aims for that max merge are usually hidden on multiple units per color banner. Soleil seems stuck on those 4-star focus banners, which ruined me, and Brave Lucy is either Herofest or a Legendary banner.

I just want to stay tier 20 with those 2. Find a good green or colorless eventually to round out for a trio. Maybe Sheena.....

So I feel that desire, bro. Very few units have distracted me lately.

Hopefully! For you and jmp4444. Maybe that banner will be kinder. Then I just have to decide on Sheena or Fae as the 3rd. Wish Cherche wasn't so fragile. Powerful! - but fragile. A green flyer would be a lovely 3rd inclusion.

Yeah, I have 10 Hana right now, but I’m debating if I’d rather have Soleil (only 3, but one is optimal at +spd-res)

I have only 3 Nino, she’s a unit that rarely comes home for me. But one is +spd-def.

I also have 5 or 6 adult tiki and 4 Nowi as well as 4 Fae. I may make a dragon core without steady breath. Or I could go with my original plan with building either Hana or Soleil. I’m just kind of lost on how to go about this, really.

Lol there are units I have that I’d gladly give you if I could (any extra Donnel, Cecilia, and a few others I have as 4* max merges), but it won’t let me do that.

I have though about your team before, and for now I’d build them around Michalis as your highest merged unit. You now need a red and a blue/colourless to go around them. Nowi took a long time for me to max out but she’d be a good choice. I’d also consider someone like Catria who can run a flier buff and is fairly accessible at 4*.

I did think Zelgius, Michalis, Catria +10 and one other +10 would be strong team from you and to focus on Zelgius pulls when he pops up on banners

Yeah, my current high merges are Michalis at +4, Ursula at +5 (very unreasonable for arena though), Zelgius and Ayra at +3 each, Brave Ike at +3, Caeda at +3, and BK and Y. Tiki at +2 each. I need a blue unit at a higher merge value than Fjorm, who is at +1, while also boasting a similar skill spread value and a 160+ BST. Nowi may be my choice.

Nowi has an excellent BST, and that was the reason I went for her as a blue.
A flier, even as the 3rd or 4th slot would be great for Zel if you give them the guidance seal, as it’ll help his movement.
But more so, Zelgius has an incredible BST, I think it’s around 174, warp powder has the same points weighting as Distant counter, and I’m pretty sure Black Luna has the same weight as Aether. He alone is worth more than some of your merged units.

You are spot on regarding pretty much everything.

As it sits right now, my main core would be composed of Zelgius, Nowi, Michalis, and the bonus, who would forever be likely to run def tactic seal.

I just found out I only have 2 Nowi right now (sad days), but one is neutral and the other is +spd-res. For now I think I will go with the +spd copy.

They need to release more Michalis copies. I I could get him to +7 or +8 I would be happy as can be. And Zelgius at max value will for sure be the best bet for my arena quest right now (him at +3 with his current set is equivalent to a +7 Hana). Blue may be up in the air, I just wish Fjorm wasn’t locked into Legendary hell.

Yeah, as you develop in the game, merges become more and more important to staying relevant arena-wise. Some candidates I have lined up atm are Nino, Sothe, and Eirika.

I have both Nino and Eirika. Nino is great because she is available at 3* too, and her best build is incredibly cheap.
Eirika with the new upgrade to her weapon hits very hard if you set up the buffing system around her and manage ally support and spurs to top up her damage output. But you need to refine her weapon to get the best out of her.

True, Eirika has become pretty viable with her refinery, nowhere near top tier though. Best bet for a top tier max merge red sword that scores well is Soliel. Red mage is Tharja, red dragon Adult Tiki, lance is Effie, blue tome is Tailtiu (maybe) or Reinhardt, but he scores low, blue dragon is Nowi, axe is probably Sheena, green tome might be Soren considering he has a prf weapon now, green dragon is Fae, bow is Klein or Jeorge, dagger is Sothe or Felicia, and staff is Priscilla.
I have no clue why I listed that.

Personally I would love Spring Kagero or Catria, as (I posted the question earlier) I think Spring Catria would make a great core with Gunnthra, and Kagero cause she can get flier emblem buffs, while also holding the first Wo Dao dagger, and she has (or her normal self) had the strongest attack stat for Dagger units.

Kagero is the most interesting of the bunch at first glance. The banner is pretty mediocre skill-wise, and unit wise(for me at least), but Kagero has a couple arguments to convince me to maybe pull for her.
