What they did to Canas was filthy... (Rant)

How did they screw him up? How?!
They made one of the best and better known units of FE 7 and made him Reigh but with slightly better Res. That's it! No unique Tome, no better stats, Nothing!
How do you make someone who can OHKO the Final Dragon Boss (who happens to be one of the only FE final bosses that actually put up a fight), and give him nothing unique?! He's just fodder. That's so disappointing to a unit that people have been so excited to get in Heroes.
This is why I hate the way they do free units. It gives them an excuse to shaft them. If they had started releasing four summonable units more often, I swear that they would have put much more thought into him as a summonable unit. But instead of a Canas with Luna or Apocalypse, we get owls. And a crappy stat line.
He's just fodder, and that's so sad because it's Canas. Someone who was wanted in Heroes day 1.
The only thing good about him is his art, Tobi is always soft on the eyes. But that's it
So disappointing and anger inducing.
Stop! Bad IS! Stop half assing units that deserve a lot more that what you give them. Canas deserved so much better. :'(

Those are just my thoughts. What do you guys think? Do you think what they did with a long awaited and fan fav unit like Canas was justable?

Frankly, I agree with you. Canas definitely deserved better. Though, I'm hoping since he did not get the treatment he deserved, that our Tempest Trial seal rewards are good to compensate.

I understand how you feel, but tbh he wasn't such a great unit in FE7. I get it, you wanted a prf Tome, but his stats are pretty accurate, decent atk, high res, low def, spd and hp (and even low skill and luck) his saving grace was the Luna tome, and Athos can also use it and much better. But yeah, if he was in a banner he would be A LOT BETTER and with better skills. I mean just look at Karla (damn, she looks good in Heroes)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)... She was really crappy in FE7, very hard to recruit, joins really late, her bases were.... meh, and her growths.... meh. She was worst than Karel, and he was not great, I don't even think she was that popular because a lot of people didn't recruit her ('cause she was like a secret character) but here she is, OP as f#%k, great weapon, skills and even GIANT boobs for some reason. But maybe Canas will get an alt at some point
