What skills would be best for this NY!Hríd?

Today I pulled an Atk+/Hp- NY!Hríd!
Oh, and his weapon can be refined...! I’m not sure if that counts for all the new units?
Anyway, should I change any of his skills? Or should I just keep the base kit he has? What is the best seal for him? I know that all this info is already on Gamepress but there’s so much that I can’t decide what’s best for him, so any help is appreciated!

All weapons with a + next too them can all be refined/inherited so all the NY. Weapons besides Gunthrá's weapon can all be refined/inherited

Funnily I've got the same IV for him.

If he is in a flyer team, you can give him the Iote shield in the S slot to bait archers, or Atk/Def bond or Close Def if you want to reach ridiculous defence with Ward/Fortify Fliers. Bonfire seems to be one of the best special for him too.

For the refinement, you can either go all in defence or take the res if you want him to be to fight dragons (Close def seems better in his s slot in that case).
