What Skill Would You Like To See Reworked?
I personally think the “Boost” skill line could use more love. +6 Atk/Spd/Def/or Res was a pretty decent deal just for maintaining an Hp threshold. A Firestorm (Atk/Spd) or Geyser (Def/Res) variant would be amazing.

Defiant skills have literally no reason to be here anymore. It's like they've been completely retconned, but they're still there. The ONLY benefit is being able to self-buff +7 Atk for Blade Tomes, but then you're missing out on more Spd as well (I use it on my Sanaki with Brash Assault > Despacito). They con't even stack and +/-7 is the limit.

f****ing bolsh*** fighter. I don't think this skill should ever have existed, or if it should, it needs a more serious drawback rather than also granting a bonus special charge for no reason. The most original idea I've come up with is if your opponent has a natural double (i.e. 5 spd more than you), any follow-up from them occurs before your double. You're a slow unit, they can hit you more than once before you can pull your weapon back into position to make another attack. That, or you suffer a significant defense penalty when initiating.
Guard's HP requirement is extremely stringent. I'd like it reduced, even by 10% to bring it in line with QR.
I wouldn't mind if desperation and vantage were a little harder to activate. 75% is extremely generous. 60% seems decent enough to me.
Brash assault could be a little less severe. 60%HP at level 3, maybe? Then again, when people combine it with desperation...
Special fighter is just released and I think it's pretty questionable. Extra special charge on either unit's action on both phases is ridiculous. How about on the unit's attack only? I mean, even just giving them guard down to 50%HP would have been pretty good.
Blade tomes should probably be reworked. The amount of flat damage those things can add (especially on emblem teams) is ridiculous. Choking mages out of the upper levels of arena where they are needed to check the new disgustingness of armours' 90 billion free special charges is a cheap, thoroughly unadmirable way of dealing with this broken weapon.
B.Veronica's weapon is new, but I say it needs to be reworked. Dazzling Peshkatz? Seriously? A debuff like that shouldn't come free. How far are we from phoenix mode?
Regnal Astra. I've ranted enough so I'll just leave it at that.
Now for more examples with less bitterness:
- how about dual threatens, or extend threaten to 3-range? Give them some way of competing with ploys and smokes.
- is there maybe some way of letting daggers use windsweep and watersweep without worrying about getting hit with QR from the other side of the spectrum? Without taking the challenge completely out of it. Currently windsweep daggers have to worry about dragons screwing them, and watersweep daggers need to worry about physical DC units.

I think B! Veronica is alright because her skill is non-inheritable. I also believe that blade tomes shouldn’t be reworked unless they remove the special count effect or that there should be more generic tomes for more strategies. The defiant skills should have a 70% hp requirement and grant +7 field buff of one stat so that it is a tier below the brazens.

Off the top of my head, I think Cancel Affinity needs a rework. It's a 5-Star locked (for the max level) skill that only exists to counter Triangle Adept, which is already pretty niche in the main Arena and Arena Assault. If your opponent doesn't carry TA at all, then you pretty much wasted a B-Slot on one of your units that could have gone to a more useful skill like Quick Riposte, Vantage, Guard, or whatever else you might want to put there--skills that guarantee value.
I don't think that it should lose its original effect, but it should do something more than just cancel TA. (It's that weak of a skill--in my opinion--that I wouldn't mind if it had multiple effects, as long as its theoretical rework isn't on the same level of broken as Bold Fighter.)

You know what skill needs to be Reworked? The Seal Skills. They are outclassed by skills like Ploy and even threaten skills. As much as I see them on some annoying Firesweep users, they need to be buffed. Seal Skills really serves no purpose up till now, but the skill could have a 'Peshkatz' effect (because why not). For example the unit attacks with Seal Atk/Def and the enemy is inflicted with -5 Atk/Def whereas the skill wielder gains +5 Atk/Def. This skill makes Debuffers more annoying as an enemy wielding a Smoke Dagger and a Seal skill will result into debuffing foes and increasing stats. It could change the way Firesweep users are built. (Like that Firesweep Bow Virion that killed my whole team with 40 Def and seal Def/Spd, it still haunts me ;-;)
