What should I do with these?

I just got a 5* Cordelia -spd+res and a 5*Raven -spd+def. should I use their brave weapons for Effie and Cherche? Both are +atk-spd, they are 4* and I have enough feathers for both.

Brave lance+ Effie is an absolute monster, able to kill any red unit in the game and most blue units. Still does massive damage to green units.
Cherche is similar to effie, in the sense that she can ORKO most blue and green units in the game. But beware of archers.

Yes

In case you have a lot of Cherche, you can merge until 4*+5 is equal(or at least equal) to 5*
you save can save the 20K feathers.
10K if you upgraded some 3* unit to 4*
